Southampton City Council has made ‘significant changes’ to its children’s services senior leadership team after a ‘culture of fear’ was allowed to grow.
It comes after a collective grievance was submitted alleging ‘dangerous practices, unsafe decision-making and a hostile work environment in children’s services created by senior managers in the directorate’.
