‘Digital transformation’ is one of those buzz phrases that has become ubiquitous up and down the country in the last few years. We all know if we can nudge more of our residents online, it will improve efficiency and save us money long term.
That’s why we’ve been undergoing a transformation programme in Craven, identifying more than £580,000 in savings over a period of 10 years.
