Council capacity will be stretched under a no-deal Brexit scenario, local authority chief executives have warned the Government.
The warning has come from the nine chief executives selected by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to advise Whitehall about the state of preparedness and emerging issues.
