HMJ: Smokefree scheme relaunched

The Local Government Declaration on Tobacco Control has been relaunched to demonstrate how councils will help the Government meet its smokefree 2030 ambition.

The pledge was made to mark No Smoking Day last week and sets out how local government will take action to reduce smoking. The previous version was supported by nearly 200 local councils and NHS organisations.
