Picking up the contract pieces in Cornwall

What a couple of weeks!

The only upside is that everyone believes me when I say there is no certainty about anything and it looks like our resources are likely to reduce.

In Cornwall, we are dealing with the consequences of large contract failures, as suppliers find themselves unable to deliver due to spiralling costs, requiring the council to think critically about how we pick up the pieces in a constructive, consistent and affordable way.
