We need genuine reform of the system and extra funding

It is difficult to be upbeat and I am not even going to try.

I expect the majority are back from our summer holidays and are deeply concerned about the many issues we face. Most finance directors’ lists will include managing this year’s overspend, working out how to balance next year’s budget, the adult social care reform funding gap and special education needs (SEN) deficits.
