Burstow calls for revolution in care home management

Former care minister Paul Burstow has warned more than 2,000 care homes have no manager and called for a ‘revolution’ in the sector.

The Liberal Democrat MP is expected to launch a new study tomorrow (7 October), which claims 12% of all care homes in England lack the necessary leadership to ensure that vulnerable people are looked after properly.
