Councils should ‘get the fundamentals right’ to avoid central Government inspectors calling, a top council lawyer has said.
Speaking at The MJ’s Future Forum today, employment, ethics and governance adviser, Mark Greenburgh, said inspectors were ‘all about finding fault’ and ‘none of them are there to help’.
