We know that by working in partnership we can ensure better outcomes for our residents.
So, we got together with some of our local partners (Citizens Advice, Age UK Hertfordshire and HertsHelp) to put on a Cost of Living webinar.
We wanted to equip local professionals and volunteers with the knowledge needed to successfully signpost and refer to services. We also wanted to increase confidence around having those conversations and provide information on services and support available.
