After almost two years of chaos, calamity and COVID, the Prime Minister has declared a return to normality.
No more self-isolation, no more free testing, no more lockdowns. How much of the decision is down to medical advice, and how much is political appeasement is debatable, but we will all now need to find a way to live with COVID, particularly councils and their public health teams.
