The social care phenomenon requires national solutions

There isn’t a ‘crisis’ in the funding of social care. 

There has been a long established body of evidence which absolutely predicted the sorts of pressures we now refer to as crisis. A bit like old age, this is a chronic condition of public policy apathy and atrophy on the part of various governments.
