Community engagement in a post-Covid age

While the Covid pandemic has transformed the relationship councils have with our communities and enhanced our roles as community leaders, we know there is still a lot more to be done to ensure we both communicate with, and listen, to all of the people and businesses we serve and not just the noisy minority.

It is those in the middle of our communities, the silent majority, that we generally don’t hear from. There could be many reasons for this.
