MHCLG consults on proposals to resolve negative RSG

Marsham Street has come up with plans to plug a £153m financial hole faced by councils next year.

A total of 168 councils had been facing negative Revenue Support Grant (RSG) in the next financial year, which would force them to hand cash to the Government.
