May must make the most of UK cities

The prime minister’s best plan for extending prosperity is to play to the strengths of the national economy and make the most of UK cities.

One of Theresa May’s first significant initiatives was to launch a new economic and industrial committee tasked with building ‘an economy that works for everyone’ by driving up growth ‘up and down the country, in rural areas and our great cities’.
