Former ministers call for cross-party care commission

Politicians from across the divide have joined forces to call for a cross-party commission to tackle the crisis in health and social care.

In a joint statement, Lib Dem health spokesman Norman Lamb, former Conservative health minister Dan Poulter, and ex-Labour shadow health minister Liz Kendall warned health and care services are at a ‘crossroads’.
